20 teams went to war in Game Week 4 but only 9 players from these cohorts made it to team of the week because of their extraordinary performance.

It rained from Monday to Saturday and every one thought Sunday 18th Sept would be no exception. God was  appeased by the beauty of our league, there was no sign of rain at Kanyanya Ex ground. As the universe and God conspired to reveal the truth about the beautiful day to make our path easy, what was required of all Jovoc League teams was to have the courage and commitment to follow the signs.

Sunday 11th Sept 2022 was a beautiful bright day. Kanyanya Ex Grounds shook with anticipation. We matched in a single line into the pitch like gladiators into an arena that was demarcated by corner flags and goal posts as an intent of war that laid ahead. Twenty teams with laced boots and shin pads fought for one ball but with no regrets that's the best way they chose to spend their Sundays.

Nyesiga Nicholas is our Jovoc League, Game Week 2 Player of the Week. He set up the equalizer for Albert's goal against Abakawu, scored a brace and assisted twice against Aboojo. A direct player who can play as a right winger or forward.

Many players performed well but our team of the week has only 9 slots.

On Sunday the 28th of August 2022, we were stationed in Kanyanya Ex International grounds to witness another epic tale of the JOVOC League Season 2, Game Week 2.

Possiano Agaba is our Game Week 1 Player of the Week after scoring 2 goals against Ntemi Chiefs and Amajojo, claiming 2 Man of the match accolades. The Ababombo striker stepped up into the big shoes of their departed captain Itamba. I sat down with him for a brief interview.

The sun shone brighter on a long awaited Sunday 14 th of August, to kick-off the second season of Jovoc League at Kanyanya Ex International grounds. The pre-season banter between classes was off and it was time to walk the talk.
